About the Therapist:

I help adolescents, adults, and families navigate anxiety, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm so they can feel more grounded, connected, and in control of their story.

Through client-centered, affirming therapy, I support each client in finding clarity and healing—on their own terms.

I offer client-centered, affirming virtual therapy for adolescents, adults, older adults, and families so they can move through anxiety, transitions, trauma, and emotional overwhelm with more clarity, confidence, and compassion. 

I do this work because I believe healing should be flexible, accessible, and deeply personal—not something forced to fit a mold. That belief is at the heart of Unscripted Healing, where every session is a space for clients to feel seen, supported, and empowered to heal on their own terms.

A few years ago, I found myself supporting people in both schools and therapy spaces—often at moments when they didn’t feel like they had a voice. That’s when I realized: so many of us are doing the best we can, quietly carrying heavy stories, and just need one safe space to let it out. I created Unscripted Healing to be that space. With over a decade of experience in education and mental health, I blend real-world understanding with therapeutic expertise to meet clients where they are—without pressure, without judgment, and without a script.

Outside of work, I’m a lifelong learner, a proud family girl, and someone who finds peace in music, meaningful conversations, and moments of stillness. I believe in laughing loud, loving deeply, and making healing feel less clinical—and more like home.
