unwritten, unfiltered, and fully yours
My mission is to walk alongside you—not ahead of you—with compassion, curiosity, and care. Here, there’s no script to follow, no pressure to be perfect. Just room to be fully seen and supported as you define what healing looks like for you.
In these one-on-one sessions, we focus on your story—your emotions, patterns, needs, and goals. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, life transitions, trauma, or identity exploration, I meet you where you are with compassion and accountability. This space is yours to unpack, process, and grow—on your terms.
Whether you're navigating communication breakdowns, trust issues, or shifting dynamics, couples therapy offers a safe, neutral space to work toward healing and deeper connection. My approach is collaborative, affirming, and focused on real solutions—without taking sides.
Family therapy is a space to make sense of patterns, mend disconnects, and build new ways of showing up for one another. I support families through transitions, generational wounds, and conflict, helping each voice feel heard and valued.

What Makes Unscripted Healing Different
different
Clients often tell me they feel comfortable right away, like they can finally exhale. That’s intentional. I focus on creating a space that feels safe, affirming, and deeply human—because healing shouldn’t feel like a performance.
My background as both a licensed therapist and school counselor gives me a unique edge. I don’t just understand mental health—I understand people, especially the challenges that arise across different stages of life. I’ve spent over a decade helping adolescents, families, and individuals navigate hard transitions with empathy, honesty, and real-world tools.
You won’t find cold assessments or one-size-fits-all answers here. Just support that meets you where you are.
With a background in both school counseling and mental health therapy, I’ve spent over a decade helping people feel seen, safe, and supported as they navigate life’s hardest moments. Whether I’m working with teens, adults, or families, my goal is simple: help you heal in a way that feels like you.
I started Unscripted Healing to create the kind of therapy space I always believed people deserved — real, relatable, and rooted in trust.
